SHIPPING
Ships from Malaysia by Pos Malaysia International Express Mail to all countries except Israel, as Malaysia does not have diplomatic ties with the country (excluding it as a postal destination).
Delivery standard is from 6 to 14 working days, depending on your location and seasonal traffic. Tracking number will be provided.
PRE-ORDERS & IN STOCK ITEMS
If an order contains a pre-order and in stock items, the purchase is made with the understanding that everything will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.
To receive the in-stock item earlier, please order it separately.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If the purchased item(s) is lost in transit after more than 40 days of posting (as indicated by the tracking number), the buyer will be given an option of replacement if said item is still available or a full refund (including initial shipping fee).
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with the item you have received, immediately return it in good condition along with the original mailing package to the return address within 1 week of receipt for a full refund (minus initial and return shipping fees).
Any returned items that is unreasonably damaged, sent back without including the original envelope and/or is shipped postmarked after 1 week of receipt will not be entertained nor sent back.
